Dr. Alshorbagy is part of the Firm's International Division. He currently leads the Firm's PPP team advising the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects. In addition, Dr. Alshorbagy advises the Firm's clients regularly on a range of specialties including Corporate Law, Securities Regulation and Capital Markets, M&As, joint ventures, International Commercial Arbitration, Agency and Distributorships, banking and finance, and Antitrust and Competition Law. Dr. Alshorbagy has taken part in negotiating, designing, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of contractual agreements. In addition to his 11 years of experience, Dr. Alshorbagy is the author of several legal books and articles that are published with reputable publishers and learned international law journals in Egypt, the U.S., the U.K., and Germany.
