As a pioneering law firm founded in the State of Kuwait by Ms. Rana Yacoub Al-Hamad in 2003, HLG enjoys an exclusive niche with respect to providing legal services in the GCC states and the MENA Region.

Kuwait was founded at the intersection of land and water. Its founders traversed across land and sea as merchants establishing a global footprint. We are proud of our history and culture.

Our dedication to preserving this historical Entrepreneurial mindset, our Firm promotes inspiring young (in spirit) entrepreneurs in various industry start-ups. We have facilitated the shifting of our role from ‘representative as service provider’ to ‘representative as strategic partner’.
