Mohammad Fouad Amer​​​

Mohammad Graduated from Alexandria University. He Joined Al Hamad Legal Group in 2018 as a Legal Consultant responsible for gathering and analyzing research data such as decisions, legal articles, codes, and documents. Drafting legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and wills.​

Through his practice, he gained vast experience in the field of companies’ law and capital market regulations. Mohammad is familiar with the many aspects of corporate governance including companies’ management, reporting, disclosure, as well as the other procedural and compliance requirements. He has also experience with mergers and acquisitions and due diligence.​
