Ms. Petladi is a Trainee Solicitor with the International Division at Al-Hamad Legal Group and has over three years of experience supporting corporate, commercial, and cross-border transactions across Kuwait, the GCC, and the United Kingdom. Her work focuses on corporate transactions, company formation and structuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
Ms. Petladi assists clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment structures. She regularly supports the preparation and review of shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, distribution and agency agreements, EPC and subcontractor agreements, and other complex commercial contracts.
Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence and preparing regulatory memoranda involving multiple jurisdictions, including Kuwait, the United Kingdom, the UAE, DIFC, and ADGM frameworks. She has contributed to the structuring of a multi-jurisdictional joint venture for a large-scale infrastructure EPC project and supported a public-private partnership (PPP) project involving government stakeholders. Ms. Petladi has also contributed to dispute-related matters, including assisting in strategy development and legal research for a complex reinsurance dispute.
