RANA YACOUB AL-HAMAD

Ms. Al Hamad is the principal partner at Al-Hamad Legal Group. Her practice concentrates on representing local and international clients on issues pertaining to banking and finance (conventional and Islamic), commercial and corporate matters, administrative rules and regulations, and local litigation and arbitration.​

Ms. Al Hamad founded Al Hamad Legal Group in 2003. For over a decade, through her leadership and practical approach to addressing her client’s complex issues, she has developed one of the most reliable and respected litigation practices in Kuwait. In 2013, Ms. Al-Hamad implemented an ambitious plan to transform the Al-Hamad Legal Group into a full-service law firm by launching an International Division. ​
