Salim is a Partner and heads the Corporate & Technology Transaction Advisory Practice at Al-Hamad Legal Group. He has extensive experience with M&A, JV and strategic partnership; structuring and negotiations international transactions from all phases including due diligence, deal structuring, including private equity platforms with an investment focus on, and assets in the US, Europe, MENA and GCC.​

He helped launch the firm's cutting edge solutions including regulatory and competition law, cybersecurity, data protection privacy, IP protection and international dispute resolution. He advises all types of businesses in various industries (including aerospace and defense, oil and gas, financial services, e-commerce, telecommunications, cybersecurity and venture capital) , from start-ups to emerging well established companies, recognizing the different needs of each business.​​

His recent focus has been in the field of renewable energy and sustainability investments advising clients on project development, structuring, finance, and construction to facilitate the successful completion and operation of renewable energy projects and the implementation of health and pharma technology strategies.​ ​
